1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, confirming the entry acknowledgments, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and an authorized researcher conducting legitimate in-vitro laboratory studies to use this website. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Research-Use-Only Materials
All products are sold strictly as research-use-only reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, not for clinical or therapeutic use, not for self-administration, and not approved by the FDA for medical use. You agree to the full terms of the Legal Disclaimer.
4. Product Formats & Fulfillment
Products are offered as individual vials. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Kit and vial formats are separate products with separate prices and specifications.
- Only confirmed payment reserves tracked inventory.
- Fulfillment begins after compliance review and required third-party testing are completed.
- Fulfillment timelines may vary due to sourcing, testing, carrier conditions, and customs.
5. Compliance Review
All purchases are subject to compliance review. Beta Group Buy LLC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order at its discretion, including where an order does not meet research-use-only eligibility or applicable legal requirements.
6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices, specifications, formats, and available stock information are shown on the relevant product pages and are subject to change. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for typographical errors. Placement of an order constitutes an offer that we may accept or decline.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation windows may be limited once an order enters sourcing, testing, or fulfillment. Refund eligibility depends on order status at the time of the request. Contact us as early as possible regarding any cancellation.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are governed by the terms displayed with the applicable offer, including any launch date, minimum merchandise subtotal, redemption limit, eligible inventory, and availability. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward a stated merchandise minimum unless the offer expressly says otherwise. Joining a reminder or marketing list does not reserve or guarantee a redemption. A discount is secured only when it is successfully applied to a qualifying order at checkout while redemptions remain available.
9. Buyer Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a purchaser, you are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring you are at least 21 years of age and an authorized researcher before ordering.
- Using all materials strictly as research-use-only reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research, and never for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or self-administration.
- Verifying and complying with all federal, state, local, and institutional laws and regulations governing your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of the materials.
- Providing accurate account, research, and shipping information, and keeping it current.
- Safe and appropriate laboratory handling of all materials.
You agree not to use the website or any material in any unlawful manner, for any human or animal use, or in violation of the Legal Disclaimer, and not to misrepresent your eligibility or research purpose.
