1. Nature of Research Materials
Because our products are research-use-only reference materials, returns are limited. For quality, safety, and compliance reasons, opened materials cannot be accepted for return.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the integrity of every order. You may request a replacement or refund if:
- An item arrives visibly damaged or with compromised packaging.
- You receive an item different from what you ordered.
- An item fails independent third-party verification for the batch.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
3. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before an order enters sourcing, testing, or fulfillment. Once materials have been committed, cancellation may no longer be possible. Refund eligibility depends on the order status at the time of your request.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or reconstituted materials.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Items reported outside the applicable claim window.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved returns will be issued a return authorization and instructions. Do not ship any item back without prior authorization.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. Compliance Review
All orders and refund requests are subject to compliance review. Beta Group Buy LLC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order at its discretion, including where an order does not meet research-use-only eligibility requirements.
