1. Order Fulfillment
Beta Group Buy LLC sells ten-vial kits and individual vials directly. Eligible orders move to fulfillment after compliance review and any required independent third-party testing are completed.
2. Handling Times
After compliance review and required verification are complete, orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Handling times may vary due to sourcing queues, testing schedules, order volume, and customs processing.
3. Carrier Methods
- Domestic orders are shipped via established carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at Beta Group Buy LLC's discretion.
- A tracking number is provided by email once an order ships.
- Materials are packaged appropriately for laboratory reference materials.
4. Shipping Rates
A domestic handling and shipping charge is displayed at checkout and included in your order total. Shipping to a verified Utah address is complimentary. Other U.S. orders receive free shipping when the merchandise subtotal is over $250; otherwise, the standard rate is $25.
5. International Shipping Disclaimer
International shipping is not guaranteed and may be unavailable to certain destinations. Where offered, international orders may be subject to additional charges, longer transit times, and customs clearance. The recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for ensuring that the import, possession, and use of research-use-only materials complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination jurisdiction. Beta Group Buy LLC is not responsible for items delayed, seized, or returned by customs authorities.
6. Undeliverable & Refused Shipments
Orders returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed may be subject to reshipment charges. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
