BETA GROUP BUYResearch Supply
How Group Buys Work

Orders pooled to meet manufacturer minimums.

Beta Group Buy LLC consolidates research-material orders from many qualified researchers into a single bulk order. Meeting the manufacturer minimum unlocks tier pricing that single-vial buyers can't reach.

The Process

From pool to verified fulfillment

  1. 01

    Browse current research-material pools

Each open pool lists the reference material, vial size, kit pricing, per-vial cost, and how many researchers have joined toward the threshold.

  2. 02

    Join a weekly group-buy pool

Reserve your position in an open pool during the weekly cycle. Your selection is held while the pool fills.

  3. 03

Pool closes when the threshold is met

When enough qualified researchers join to satisfy the manufacturer minimum, the pool closes and the consolidated order is placed.

  4. 04

    Independent third-party testing is completed

The batch is submitted to independent laboratories for identity and purity verification before any materials are released.

  5. 05

    Domestic fulfillment begins after verification

Once verification is complete, domestic fulfillment begins and pool participants are notified.

Details

Group-buy details

Why pool orders at all?+

Manufacturers price reference materials in bulk and set minimum order quantities. By aggregating qualified researchers into a single consolidated order, the per-vial cost falls well below single-vial rates.

How long does fulfillment take?+

Standard fulfillment timelines generally average 4–6 weeks after a pool closes. Timelines may vary due to manufacturer queues, third-party testing, and customs processing.

What happens if a pool doesn't reach its threshold?+

If a pool does not meet its threshold within the cycle, it may be extended, rolled into the next cycle, or closed. Participants are notified of the status of any pool they have joined.

Who can join a pool?+

Pools are open only to qualified researchers who have confirmed the research-use-only acknowledgments and who certify they are conducting legitimate in-vitro laboratory studies.

Are materials tested?+

Yes. Every closed pool batch is submitted to independent third-party laboratories for identity and purity verification before fulfillment begins.
